Tidung Beach Bike 2015 Kicks Off on Sunday

The 2015 Tidung Beach Bike event will kick off on upcoming Sunday (8/9). The effort is a mixed event of sport, island and ecosystem tourism.

Government Assistant of Seribu Island, Eko Suryono acknowledged that in every single events held in Seribu Island will be attached with marine ecosystem action by planting mangrove tree.

“This will be a continuity tradition,” he said, Friday (8/7).

However, the sustainability of marine ecosystem has become mutual responsibility of local residents and tourist.

He added, the event is expected not merely be ceremonial thing, but motivate citizens to preserve Seribu Island.
